| 有限质量保证：美国瓦茨调节阀公司保证在正常使用状态下，每个产品在材料和工艺方面没有任何缺陷，保质期为从原始运输起壹年。如果在保质期内发现产品有这些缺陷，公司将根据自己的选择，决定免费更换或者维修有缺陷的产品。这将构成有缺陷产品的唯一的排外的补救措施，对于任何因此产生的事故或间接损失，包括由于本产品无法正常运转而产生的无限制，亏损，或维修成本，或更换其它损坏的财产的成本，其它由此产生的人工成本、延迟、破坏、疏忽，由外部物质产生的积垢，由于逆向水条件、化工产品或任何其它瓦茨公司无法控制的情况造成的损害，美国瓦茨公司都不承担任何责任。对于任何产品滥用、错用、误用或不正确安装，将不适用于本保证。本保证替代所有其它明示或暗示的保证，包括任何由于促销性或某种特殊目的的暗示保证。任何通过法律强加的暗示保证有效期均为一年。 Limited Warranty: Watts Regulator Company warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of one year from the date of original shipment. In the event of such defects within the warranty period, the Company will, at its option, replace or recondition the product without charge. This shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, and the Company shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits or the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged if this product does not work properly, other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from adverse water conditions, chemical, or any other circumstances over which the Company has no control. This warranty shall be invalidated by any abuse, misuse, misapplication or improper installation of the product. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any implied warranties that are imposed by law are limited in duration to one year. |
