DESIGN FEATURES

• 阀杆驱动 - 两件式，可在线更换轭架衬套，不需要影响阀门开关位置（关闭或开启）状态下拆卸手轮。
  Stem Drive – two-piece allows for replacement of yoke bushing inline, removal of handwheel without affecting position of valves (closed or opened).
• 明杆（升杆） - 使得开启关闭指示器处于容易看到的位置。
  Rising Stem – makes for easy visibility for open-close indications.
• 填料压盖 - 两件式填料压盖衬套/填料法兰能够自动校准，以防止由于填料压盖翘起造成阀杆损坏。
  Gland – two piece gland bushing/packing flange is self-aligning to prevent stem damage for cocked gland.
• 阀杆采用硬化蒙乃尔合金K500，以增加强度和耐久性。
  Stem made from hardened Monel K500 for strength and durability.
• 碳钢阀门采用阀杆孔内镀镍层的阀杆，适用于严酷的烃化应用环境。
  Nickel plated overlay in stem hole for carbon steel valves to combat severe alkylation conditions.
• 氢氟酸检测漆，用于保证密封的整体性。
  HF acid detecting paint to ensure valve sealing integrity.
• 阀帽 - 大型加长阀帽。
  Bonnet – large extended type bonnet grade.
• 阀帽连接 - 压缩衬垫设计。
  Bonnet Joint – encapsulated gasket design.
• 阀体 - 高质量蒙乃尔或A105标准阀体，符合API 602标准的壁厚，用于极端应用领域。
  Body – high quality Monel or A105 normalized body with API 602 wall thickness for maximum service.
• 楔板实心蒙乃尔。
  Wedge solid Monel.
• 阀座环 - 采用实心蒙乃尔400材料制造。
  Seat rings – made of solid Monel 400.
