结构特点
DESIGN FEATURES

  • 无泄漏的单填料或双填料。
    双重填料：在4000 spi (275 bar)压力下与压缩安装两套石墨填料环。可选择套环或无泄漏来替换低端填料以避免泄漏。
    单重填料：在辫形环之间的三个或四个石墨环，密度90-105 lb/ft3 (1.44-1.68 g/cm3) 。
    Single packing or double packing with leak-off.
    Double packing: two sets of graphite packing rings precompressed to 4000 psi (275 bar). A lantern ring and leak-off provide option for removal of leakage, if any, from lower packing set.
    Single packing: three or four graphite rings between braided rings, 90-105 lb/ft3 (1.44-1.68 g/cm3) density.
  • 动负载。两套Belleville弹簧保持阀杆在无维护状态下长期紧密。
    Live-loading. Two sets of Belleville springs keep stem tight for long periords of time without maintenance.
