  测量通过阀门的压差和记录阀门位置。现在可以采用阀门位置流量系数Cvs参数表计算流动速率,也可以直接从标准曲线图上读取。
  Measure the differential pressure across the valve and record the valve position. The flow rate can now be calculated using the valve positional Cvs Flow coefficient data table or by directly reading from the calibrated graph.

System Balancing
 

  在水分流系统开始进行比例平衡之前,每个平衡阀应该位于全开(指定)位置。
  Each balancing valve shall be in the Full Open (nominated) position prior to commencing the proportional balancing of water distribution systems.
  测量经过压力测试点的压差,并利用标准化图表或流量系数表计算流动速率。
  The differential pressure across the pressure test points is measured and the flow rate calculated using the calibrated chart or Flow coefficient table.
  系统内所有阀门的流动速率的最初纪录将决定每个阀门的%设计流动速率(DFR)以及随后的比例平衡程序。
  The initial scan of the flow rate in all the valves in the system will determine the % Design Flow Rate (DFR) of each valve and consequently a procedure for proportional balancing.
  从最容易的分支(最高的%DFR)开始,每个回路阀将会互相按比例平衡。最低%DFR回路阀是指标阀,将保持在全开的位置。所有其它回路阀(一次一个)将被平衡到这个指标阀%DFR(在平衡过程中,这个%将随之改变)。通过测量压差和使用一个将流动速率平衡到与指标阀相同的%DFR的已经调节开启位置的阀门,次容易分支随后也可以合上述过程一样被比例平衡,等等 - 最后,在所有分支都被比例平衡之后,分支阀门随后也可以互相比例平衡。
  Starting with the most favored branch (highest %DFR) each circuit valve will be proportionally balanced to each other. The lowest %DFR circuit valve is the index valve and will remain in the fully open position. All other circuit valves (one at a time) will be balanced to this index valve %DFR (This % will change during balancing). By measuring the differential pressure and using a regulated valve position to balance the flow rate to the same %DFR as the Index valve, the next most favored branch can then be proportionally balanced as above and so on - finally after all the branches have been proportionally balanced the branch valves can then be proportionally balanced to each other.
  主分支阀门现在可以被平衡已达到100%DFR或显示实际的系统流量百分比。
  The Main branch valve can now be balanced to achieve 100%DFR or to indicate the actual system flow percentage.
  注意:--对于中间阀位置,可以利用流量系数表来决定曲线图位置之间的实际流量。
  Note:—For intermediate valve positions the flow Coefficient table can be used to determine actual flow between graph positions.
