ELECTRICAL

即使发生在美国电气制造业协会NEMA MG1-14.30标准范围内的电源波动，潜水电机也应该成功运转。电机应该符合NEMA的B设计标准，扭矩和启动电流应该符合NEMA MG1-12标准。
The submersible motors shall successfully operate under power supply variations per NEMA MG1-14.30. Motors shall be NEMA Design B with torque and starting current in accordance with NEMA MG1-12.

潜水电机应该是风冷、高效结构，并且能够连续全负荷运转。电机应该能够经受住每小时高达15次的启动，安全系数最低为1.0。
The submersible motors shall be of an air-filled, high efficiency design and shall be rated for continuous full load operation. Motors shall be capable of withstanding up to 15 starts per hour with a 1.0 Service Factor.

电机定子应该由实心铜缠绕，应该大小匹配地压入定子外壳内，真正实现正对准和高效热传递。电机的绝缘系统应该是F级，所采用的材质和绝缘系统经过美国电气和电子工程师协会IEEE 117分类等级测试的评估和认证。（工作温度范围为60^o至90^oC，绝缘等级应该为H级。）整个缠绕定子总装应该采用保护层沉浸烘烤涂镀法，用绝缘清漆至少覆盖两（2）层。
Stators shall be solid copper wound and shall be press fitted into the stator housing for true positive alignment and efficient heat transfer. The motor insulation system shall be Class F, utilizing materials and insulation systems evaluated and certified with IEEE 117 classification tests. (For operating temperatures between 60^o and 90^oC, Class H insulation shall be provided.) The entire wound stator assembly shall receive a minimum of two (2) coats of insulating varnish utilizing a dip and bake process.

Three (3) normally closed, automatic reset thermostats connected in series shall be embedded in adjoining phases of the stator windings. The thermostats shall be connected to safely shut down the motor upon opening.

TESTING

每一台装配完好的电机都应该接受常规的工厂测试。
Each completed and assembled motor shall receive a routine factory test.

备选：
泵应该在装运之前经过制造商的工厂性能测试。泵的性能特性应该符合美国水力协会的有关规定。如果需要，被认证的性能曲线应该提交给设计工程师。
Optional:
The pumps shall be performance tested at the manufacturer’s plant prior to shipment. The performance shall
be within the limits set forth by the Hydraulic Institute. Certified curves shall be submitted to the design
engineer upon request.

每一台装配完好的泵至少要在六（6）个工作点上进行性能测试，测试项目至少包括全动力扬程、流量、效率和功率消耗，此外，还要对用于所选择的叶轮直径断流水头的设计流量工作点上进行性能测试。
As a minimum, each finished pump shall be performance tested for total dynamic head, capacity, efficiency
and power requirements at six (6) operating points plus shut-off head for the selected impeller diameter, of
which, the design capacity operating point shall be included.

安装后，在制造商授权代表的监理下，设备安装承包商应该对每台安装后的潜水泵及其Easy-lift总装进行现场测试。这些测试必需让用户确认安装后的设备符合所有指定的性能标准，完全正确地安装和固定，能够平稳地运转，在全负荷状态下运转不会超过额定的电流强度，电机也不会过热。
After installation, a Field Test shall be performed by the installing contractor on each completed Submersible
Pump and easy lift assembly under the supervision of the manufacturer’s authorized representative. The test
shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Owner that the equipment meets all specified performance criteria, is properly installed and anchored, and operates smoothly without exceeding the full load amperage rating of the motor or excessive motor heating.

质量保证
WARRANTY

泵制造商应该向用户保证所提供的潜水泵在所采用的材质和制造工艺上没有任何缺陷，保质期为验收后一年或装运后18个月（以先到为准）。质量保证应该包括人工成本和材料成本（美国出厂价），但不包括拆卸和安装成本。
The Pump Manufacturer shall Warrant to the Owner the Submersible Pump Units against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of acceptance or 18 months from date of shipment,
whichever is sooner. This warranty shall cover the cost of labor and materials, FOB, Manufacturer’s authorized Warranty Service Center, excluding removal and reinstallation costs.

现场服务
FIELD SERVICE

应该由经过制造商授权并训练的代表提供_____天的现场服务。服务应该包括，但不局限于，完全安装完工后的检查，以确保安装是按照制造商说明书和推荐进行。一个有泵制造商授权的现场服务代表应该监督所有现场测试，并启动制造商所制定的质量保证。
_____ Days of Field Service shall be provided by an authorized, factory trained representative of the Pump Manufacturer. Services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, inspection of the completed installation to ensure that it has been performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. An authorized Field Service Representative of the pump manufacturer shall perform supervision of all field-testing in order to properly activate of the Manufacturer’s Prescribed Warranty.

承包商应该与泵制造商一起为所需要的现场服务负责。
The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the required field services with the Pump Manufacturer.
