测试
TESTING

在装运之前，这些泵应该在制造商工厂内通过流体静水压力测试。测试压力应该在美国水利协会规定的范围内。如果需要的话，测试结果的批准文件应该提交给设计工程师。
The pumps shall be hydrostatically tested at the manufacturer’s plant prior to shipment. The test pressure shall be within the limits set forth by the Hydraulic Institute. Certified copies of the test results shall be submitted to the design engineer upon request.

每一台装配完好的电机都应该接受常规的工厂测试。
Each completed and assembled motor shall receive a routine factory test.

备选：
泵应该在装运之前经过制造商的工厂性能测试。泵的性能特性应该符合美国水力协会的有关规定。如果需要，被认证的性能曲线应该提交给设计工程师。
Optional:
The pumps shall be performance tested at the manufacturer’s plant prior to shipment. The performance shall
be within the limits set forth by the Hydraulic Institute. Certified curves shall be submitted to the design
engineer upon request.

每一台装配完好的泵至少要在六（6）个工作点上进行性能测试，测试项目至少包括全动力扬程、流量、效率和功率消耗，此外，还要对用于所选择的叶轮直径断流水头的设计流量工作点上进行性能测试。
As a minimum, each finished pump shall be performance tested for total dynamic head, capacity, efficiency
and power requirements at six (6) operating points plus shut-off head for the selected impeller diameter, of
which, the design capacity operating point shall be included.

After installation, a Field Test shall be performed by the installer on each completed Dry-Pit Submersible Pump System. The pump manufacturer’s authorized representative shall be present for the Field Test. The test shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Owner that the equipment meets all specified performance criteria, is properly installed and anchored, and operates smoothly throughout the specified speed range without exceeding the full load amperage rating of the motor or excessive motor heating. Additionally, the Dry-Pit Submersible Pumps shall operate within the acceptable field vibration limits as established by the Hydraulic Institute for this class of equipment at all speeds and loads within the operating range specified herein.

质量保证
WARRANTY

泵制造商应该向用户保证所提供的干井潜水泵在所采用的材质和制造工艺上没有任何缺陷，保质期为验收后一年或装运后18个月（以先到为准）。质量保证应该包括人工成本和材料成本，但不包括拆卸和安装成本。需要时，请与制造商授权的质量保证服务中心咨询质量保证最新条款。
The Pump Manufacturer shall Warrant to the Owner the Dry pit Submersible Pump Units against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of acceptance or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever is sooner. This warranty shall cover the cost of labor and materials, excluding removal and reinstallation costs, required to correct any warrantable defect, FOB, Manufacturer’s authorized Warranty Service Center.

此外，对于所采用的材质制造工艺上有缺陷干井潜水泵，泵制造商应该提供和执行为期5年的分派材料保证。电机保证应该根据下列时间表对任何发现有缺陷的电机（机械式密封除外）提供更换：
Additionally, the Pump Manufacturer shall provide and administer a 5-year, prorated materials warranty on the Dry Pit Submersible Pump against defects in materials and workmanship. The motor warranty shall provide for the replacement of any part of the motor (excluding mechanical seals) found to be defective in accordance with the following schedule:

在19至31个月期间，按照现行配件成本的75%置换配件
在32至45个月期间，按照现行配件成本的50%置换配件
在46至60个月期间，按照现行配件成本的25%置换配件
19 to 31 Months Payment of 75% of the Current Replacement Parts Cost.
32 to 45 Months Payment of 50% of the Current Replacement Parts Cost.
46 to 60 Months Payment of 25% of the Current Replacement Parts Cost.

现场服务
FIELD SERVICE

应该由经过制造商授权并训练的代表提供______天的现场服务。服务应该包括，但不局限于，完全安装完工后的检查，以确保安装是按照制造商说明书和推荐进行，监督所有现场测试，并启动制造商所制定的质量保证。
______ Days of Field Service shall be provided by an authorized, factory trained representative of the Pump Manufacturer. Services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, inspection of the completed installation to ensure that it has been performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations, supervision of all field-testing and activation of the Manufacturer’s Prescribed Warranty.

承包商应该与泵制造商一起为所需要的现场服务负责。
The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the required field services with the Pump Manufacturer.
