结构材料－泵
MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION - PUMP

泵壳，叶轮，电机壳和固定底座弯头都应该采用符合美国材料试验协会ASTM A48级别30致密铸铁制造。
The pump casing, impeller, motor housing and stationary base elbow shall be manufactured of close-grained cast iron, ASTM A48, Class 30.

泵壳应该是蜗形一体式结构，采用中线排泄方式，最大程度消除堵塞或水流干扰，并且适当进行重量分配，以便配置Easy-Lift分离系统。
The pump casing shall be of the volute design, of one piece construction, having centerline discharge to minimize clogging or flow interference, and to provide the proper weight distribution for use with the Easy-Lift
disconnect system.

叶轮应该采用多叶片或单叶片、全包裹封闭式结构。应该配置能够进行流体传输的大型通道，和大型球体实心颗粒能够不受阻碍的通道。所有叶轮静态和动态平衡符合ISO 1940, G.6.3标准。叶轮的实心颗粒通过能力应该在制造商的性能曲线中明确指明。
The impeller shall be of a multi or single-vaned, fully shrouded enclosed design and shall have large passages to provide smooth flow transition and unimpeded passage of large spherical solids. All impellers shall be statically and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940, G.6.3. Solids passing capability of the impeller offered shall be clearly indicated on the manufacturer’s performance curve.

除了型号4153以外，型号4072.5至6123的标准配置均包括抗磨环：蜗形吸入室应该配置可更换、坚硬聚亚安酯材质、具有径向间隙/轴向间隙、抗腐蚀、抗磨损的抗磨环系统，厚度最少为3/8英寸，能够安全地安装固定和更换。
Wearing Rings- Standard for Models 4072.5 ~ 6123, except 4153: The volute suction shall be fitted with a replaceable hard polyurethane, radial/axial clearance, corrosion and abrasion resistant wearing ring system a minimum of 3/8 inch thick, securely fastened and replaceable.

对于其它型号，抗磨环是选配件：在叶轮进口处应该配置可替换的400系列不锈钢抗磨环，用来降低研磨物体的磨损作用，提高运行间隙的恢复能力。蜗形吸入室应该包含一个能够与叶轮抗磨环匹配的可替换400系列不锈钢抗磨环。
Wearing Rings- Optional for other models: A replaceable 400 Series stainless steel wear ring shall be provided on the impeller inlet to reduce the effects of abrasive wear and provide the ability to renew the running clearance. The volute suction shall contain a replaceable 400 Series stainless steel wear ring to match the impeller wear ring.

所有将会与泵吸液体接触的泵/电机外部铸件表面都应该具有符合或优于SSPC-SP6标准的表面清洁功能，在出厂前就采用高度实心物质进行机械式搪瓷涂层、具有环保作用的一层涂层。
All external casting surfaces of the pump/motor coming into contact with the pumped liquid shall have a surface cleanliness equal to that of a SSPC-SP6 process prior to being factory protected by one (1) coat of an environmentally-safe machinery enamel coating with a high solids content.

所有外部硬件，包括泵/电机上的标示牌都应该是300系列不锈钢。
All external hardware including nameplates on the pump/motor shall be 300 Series stainless steel.

滑动导轨平台系统
SLIDING GUIDE BRACKET & RAIL SYSTEM

适用于4英寸型号：
泵的滑动平台应该采用结实耐用的铸铁结构。（备选方案：不会产生火花、采用聚亚安酯材料的滑动平台。）
For 4” Models:
The pump slide bracket shall be of heavy-duty cast iron construction.. (Optional: The slide bracket shall be sparkless design and shall be of polyurethane material.)

适用于6英寸以上模型：
泵的滑动平台应该采用结实耐用的铸铁结构。（备选方案：不会产生火花的设计结构。）
For 6” Models and larger:
The pump slide bracket shall be of heavy-duty construction and shall be of cast iron material. (Optional
sparkless design available.)

排泄弯头基座应该与滑动平台相匹配，所采用的连接方式应该为三点楔入接合式，并专为蜗形法兰与固定弯头特别设计，能够达到消除扬程损失的目的。排泄弯头设计结构应该能够承受泵、电机和排泄管道的全部压力。
The base discharge elbow shall meet the slide bracket by method of a three point, wedged engagement that is uniquely designed to match the volute flange to the stationary elbow to eliminate head losses. The discharge elbow shall be designed to carry the full weight of the pump, motor and discharge piping.

应该在平台上配置导轨，以便在深湿井里安装时能够稳定导轨。平台之间应该有适当的空间间隔，这样有利于提高坚硬性和平行性。所设计的平台应该与所设计的管道精密配合。那种可调节式或可灵活匹配多种尺寸导轨管道的平台设计结构是不能够接受的。安装平台应该采用不锈钢结构。
Guide rail mounting brackets shall be furnished to stabilize the guide rails for installation in deep wet wells. Brackets shall be spaced at proper intervals to provide rigidity and parallelism. The brackets shall be designed to fit exactly into the pipes for which they were designed. Adjustable and/or flexible brackets designed to fit a variety of guide rail pipe sizes shall not be acceptable. Mounting brackets shall be of stainless steel construction.
