Bill Glockner Appointed New President/CEO
　　 Bill Glockner已经被提升为美国好施集团总裁兼CEO，他担任美国好施集团副总裁兼总经理已有四年时间，将美国好施集团从原有的四家仓储设施发展成目前的九个仓储设施。
　　Bill Glockner has been promoted to President/CEO of Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co. Inc. Bill has served as Vice President/General Manager for the past four years, and helped to direct the company's growth from four stores to nine stores currently.

　　Bill上任后的主要目标是继续将用户的利益放在首位，继续保障美国好施集团忠诚雇员的需要，继续利用电子商务推动业务发展。
　　Bill's major goals are maintaining high customer service values, safeguarding the needs of Hirsch's loyal employees, and advancing the business through e-commerce technology.
